A vote for the KKE to strengthen the popular counter-attack, to put a brake on anti-people measures, for the popular movement to enter a phase of counter-attack, with the contemporary demands of working – popular families to be in the forefront, because that's where hope lies, the prospect for social prosperity, stressed among others,  the GS of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumpas, in his speech at the Sectoral Organizations of Industry, Construction, Transport and Telecommunications of the Communist Party Organization of Attica, in Athens, 24/6/2019. Addressing the workers, he emphasized: “Strengthen the only Party that you trust. The only Party that you know inside of your workplaces. The only Party that does not sit and discuss what the working people will lose with the business groups and the governments in power. The only Party that you recognize is in the forefront of the struggles of the working class.”
